We understand you're excited to start your hair care journey. That’s why we guarantee that all orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).


1. Estimated Delivery Times

We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. We partner with premium carriers to ensure your package arrives safely and swiftly.

Note: 90% of our customers receive their orders within 7 days. Please note that these are estimates; while most packages arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs or local carrier schedules.


2. Order Tracking

Stay updated on your package every step of the way. Once your order is processed (within 24 hours), you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.


3. Shipping Protocols & Address Accuracy

  • Rapid Dispatch: Due to our 24-hour processing time, any requests for address modifications must be submitted immediately after placing your order. We cannot redirect or cancel orders once they have left our warehouse.

  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address, including apartment/suite numbers and a valid phone number, is correct at checkout.


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • US & UK: Most orders do not incur additional customs fees upon delivery.

  • Canada & EU: Depending on local regulations, your package may be subject to import duties or VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


5. Failed Deliveries

Revelascalp is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information, inaccessible drop-off locations, or the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at service@revelascalp.com immediately.
